We fell in love with this location - so close to 30A and Gulf Place and only a 4-minute golf cart ride down to one of the prettiest and widest beach accesses in the area. This particular beach access (Ed Walline) has ample parking, public restrooms - making spending the day at the beach easy for families - and is flanked by restaurants like Shunk Gulley and Shelby’s, coffee shops and boutique shopping making it easy for a quick run from the waves and sand to grab snacks and refreshments. Located in Santa Rosa Beach with easy access to the property located directly off Hwy 393 in between Hwy 98 and Scenic Hwy 30A.
