This expansive open-air home (w/ fans and screens throughout) includes 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath, a large upper porch, full kitchen, Wifi enabled work space, living area, and a separate studio apartment with full bath that sleeps 3 more (extra fee to rent this space too) *The yard features lots of edible plants which include coconuts, bananas, ginger, turmeric, oranges, noni fruit, caña agria flowers, hibiscus flower, lemongrass, curry leaves, etc. Season may dictate what’s available *Tropical freshwater creek directly next door flows from the jungle for swimming and exploring *Time slows down and the sound of the ocean fills the house and lulls you to sleep at night. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property & home minus the separate downstairs apartment (studio style with small kitchen and full bath.) unless specifically requested. We are happy to add the apartment to your rental should you need the extra space for an additional fee (sleeps 3 with 1 queen bed and 1 twin trundle bed). Guests can access beach via quick walk thru front yard Other things to note The home is located directly across the road from the beach, as close as you can get! And in the prime spot for getting to all of the best surf breaks along this stretch of coast. The house is also adjacent to a cascading freshwater stream, perfect for rinsing off after a surf or cooling off on a hot afternoon. The jump rock and deepest part of the pools are right by our driveway :) Every bedroom is screened in with ceiling fans and floor fans as needed. With fans on, air conditioning is not needed. Don’t feel like cooking? There is a small family-owned restaurant just across the bridge, adjacent to their small food market called TiTi Guanas. No need to drive and is only a 1 minute walk away. Usually they will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We absolutely love eating there! Also there is the option to have someone from the village cook meals for you, just ask Rosser! And just next door is a small cafe called Bodega with delicious coffee, coconuts, and smoothies with an ice bath too!
