The space BBQ on the 700 sf private & covered heated patio or cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a dedicated workspace and secure bike storage, or request a toddler cot and pack'n'play for up to 2 kids. Please note, we're a family with two young and vibrant children living upstairs. Guest access Enjoy full access to private deck, BBQ, kitchen, dining area, living room, smart TV, bluetooth speaker, bedroom, bathroom, flex room with work desk and storage, and a fenced off plot of yard. Our driveway offers ample parking, with enough room for several large vehices. Other things to note Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 babies or young children, provided that a pack'n'play and toddler cot meet their sleeping needs. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your young children so we can best accommodate your stay. We allow up to 2 pets for an additional $40 fee per stay, but please note that pets are not allowed on the couch or bed.
