We also provide Stand Up Paddleboards and life vests for our guests, allowing you to easily explore the waters of Mountaintop Lake during the summer! This home offers lots of privacy and a place to be close to nature in your own back yard oasis, coupled with the relaxing vibe of being just a stone’s throw from lakefront sunsets and summer fun in the lake. Sip your morning coffee on the secluded back deck nestled in a woodland oasis, amidst the serenity of the seasonal babbling creek that runs through the 1-acre property. Guests will have access to all areas of the home except for 2 locked owners’ closets. Guests will have access to a large lower level game room, the hot tub and rear deck, and the 4 Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) stored in the garage. There is ample parking, with a large paved driveway that fits 4 vehicles of just about any size. Parking is limited to what is available in the driveway – per HOA rules, street parking or parking on the grass are not allowed. Guests have access to 2 Roku Smart TV’s (log in to your own personal account and you will be automatically logged out at checkout). Guests have access to Emerald Lakes Community amenities (indoor & outdoor pools, lakes, beaches, community center) , optionally, for an additional fee. In order to use community amenities you will need purchase amenity badges from the Community Assosciation. Current prices are $20/person for 1-day pass, $30/person for 3-day pass, $50/person for 7-day pass (PLEASE VERIFY THESE RATES BEFORE BOOKING, as rates do change from time to time). Children 2 and under are free. Hours for amenity facilities change frequently and can be found on the Emerald Lakes website. Emerald Lakes now offers purchase of amenities online / on your smartphone, so that you don't have to make a trip to the office!
