Small supermarket at the bottom of the building. The neighborhood is quiet, and the building is well maintained (see photo). Close to the Albertville-Annecy bike path, and a nice body of water. Lake Annecy is 20 minutes away by car. The space The sheets are new... I do the cleaning myself with care. I do not provide towels for short periods (less than 3 nights), for practical and ecological reasons. This reduces the machines to 60°. Bath mats are provided. I don't accept pets, sorry, and no smoking. I lend my garage for your bikes, I live 10 min towards Annecy. I also rent a paddleboard for the day, or several days.
