Studio Apartment in Iron Station

Our studio apartment is perfect for a business trip or getaway. Located on 9 acres in a quiet wooded setting. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent. The space The apartment is roughly 600 square feet with small galley kitchen. Guests have control of the temperature with a dedicated heating and ac unit, along with a working gas fireplace for those winter nights. Wi-Fi is available and you can use your streaming access on the smart tv. Guest access The studio apartment is located above the garage on the second floor. Guests must be able to walk up 19 steps to access the apartment. Other things to note We love our animals and have two pets. A cat and dog. The dog has a very deep gruff bark when he sees an unknown person or car. But he is friendly.
