A recent 50m2 extension has been built to accommodate the open kitchen and a large living room with views of the garden and pool. It is located in a very quiet area. This Mas is very well located, close to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Avignon, Arles, Pont du Gard, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue,.... Fully self-contained with a private entrance, it offers three parking spaces in the courtyard, which is enclosed by a gate. It is a few minutes walk from the main square of the village which offers a panel of small local shops: bakery, tobacconist, convenience store and cafe-restaurants with their charming terraces in the shade of century-old plane trees. A protected bike path over 22 km long passes in front of the house (bikes not provided). Outside, it features a lovely shaded terrace with a pool enclosure and dining area, a barbecue, a large, very sunny swimming pool (4 x 11 m), an outdoor shower (unheated), toilets accessible from the garden, and a large, private, wooded, and fenced garden. La Maison de Mamette offers 7 beds spread over its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double glazed windows and 3 bathrooms. Completely renovated, it offers all the comforts you need, over 2 levels, for a relaxing stay, plus the charm of a Provençal village house! All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the living room-kitchen area. Indoors, it consists of a very spacious and bright contemporary air-conditioned living room-kitchen area, in the new extension, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends! A laundry room adds to the convenience of the kitchen. A second living room with TV (55'SMART TV) completes the reception areas as well as a bathroom with WC.
