Our 33m2 flat is small but cosy. It is located in Mundaka, well known for its left wave for surf lovers. We are 200m from the port (town centre) and 500m from Laidatxu beach. The location is strategic both for visiting the area and for touring the surrounding area, such as Cape Matxitxako or Bermeo, both 15 minutes away by car. Your pet is welcome: our house is Pet friendly! For 3 guests, you will have an unbeatable stay here. The space The building is located on a pedestrian street. In an old building without a lift, the flat is located on the 2nd floor. Please note that you will have to climb narrow stairs during your stay. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of an open-plan space with equipped kitchen, TV, sofa, dining table. - The sleeping area is organised as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed consisting of 1 double bed 140x200 and 1 single bed 90x200. - 1 full bathroom with shower From the living room/kitchen area, you have access to a nice closed balcony-viewpoint with windows: there you will find a work desk and a pouffe with a view of the city! It is a warm and cosy space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is heated by 2 electric wall convectors, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We do not have air conditioning, but you will have a portable fan at your disposal. The hot water is supplied by a 50 litre electric boiler: it is important to know because it can run out and you will have to wait for the boiler to fill up again. If you come by car, it can be difficult to park on the street, so we recommend you to go to the nearby car park: Parking Bañutegi Kalea, 10 We do not have a washing machine, but there is a laundry nearby (about 10 minutes by car). Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
