The space This property is a two-storied building and 3 rooms (including yours) are upstairs sharing one bathroom. Normally each room has only one guest. We do have guests stay downstair so we would require upstairs guests to respect their rights for a quiet stay. There is a door always locked to separate downstairs and upstairs. Guest access In addition to your own room, you can also use all the shared areas, such as bathroom, living room and full size kitchen. High speed internet up to 100 MBPS. During your stay We will respond to your need but won’t disturb your stay Other things to note We ask each guest to wear sandals after shower to keep the bathroom floor dry. Please bring your own sandals if you prefer but we do provide them for your convenience. We have security camera only outside the property. Lastly, sorry we can't handle mails for our guests, but Seattle has several incredibly convenient options nearby that hold items securely: Amazon Lockers: There are dozens scattered across the city (often inside Whole Foods or local convenience stores) if he is receiving Amazon packages. USPS General Delivery: He can have mail sent to the main Seattle Post Office under his name, and they will hold it for pickup.
