For your entertainment, we have WIFI internet, cable with 2 large 50 " Smart TVs with free Netflix, smart speakers and smart devices. This is your home away from home, so enjoy our newly remodeled condo with all new furniture, floors, and appliances. The heated community pool includes a pavilion with BBQ and a great view of the Intracoastal. There is a 2 car covered parking area, as well as additional guest parking. We have 2 Adult bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use as well. Gulf access is only 1/4 mile away via the Intracoastal Waterway. Activities: Walk across the road to enjoy 2 restaurants for waterfront dining and dancing or take a walk across the bridge (5 minutes) to experience 1.5 miles of white sandy beaches, full time lifeguards and a boardwalk with beach concessions, showers, pavilions and even the famous Drum Circle on Saturday evenings before sunset. Feel free to fish off the dock or the shore.
