Immediately through the door, guests can choose between one bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom or two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with a king bed) sharing an expansive bathroom with twin sinks. Past the dining room and wet bar, the two primary bedrooms sit on both sides of the living room. Each features an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Everything is decorated in rich jewel and gold undertones, all the better to set the tone for a stay in paradise. Sanctuary by the Sea is a beachfront property with an ideal position on Scenic Highway 30A, with grounds that offer three pools with waterfalls and fountains, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, a gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. Within just a few steps, you can go fishing, kayaking, or canoeing in the on-site coastal dune lake, or grab a beach chair and an umbrella and spend the day on the sand. Grayton Beach State Park is just over two miles away north, and contains an accessible access to the private beach to accommodate our guests with special needs. Blue Mountain Beach is less than a mile away. Enjoy local dining less than one mile from the condo. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations between March and October include beach service. Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
