Calm and relaxation in the heart of nature in the village of the famous bamboo grove. Comfortable air-conditioned cottage, for 8 people, nestled in an 18th century Cévennes farmhouse on an 8 ha estate, in a natural environment where you can contemplate different species of birds, plants, trees... lulled by the singing of the cicadas. Ideal place to recharge and relax. -> Maximum capacity allowed in summer: 8 people (excluding children under 2 years old) The space Welcome to the Cevennes, Mas Anahata. The first stones of this large farmhouse were laid in the 18th century, and since then it has continued to evolve. Access to the Shanti cottage is via an independent path, planted, flowered, with Mediterranean scents, which first leads you to your 2 terraces (one covered, one open) with breathtaking panoramic views of the Cevennes and its pine forests umbrellas, chestnut, oaks and so many other species. From there, open Shanti's door. A large kitchen opens up to you, fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare your delicious dishes (2 fridges, freezers, oven, piano, dishwasher, coffee maker, pans, pots, ... everything is there). You then pass through the large living room with its large sofa and wide benches, ideal place to lounge after your hard efforts of idleness or for your friendly evenings for families or friends. A balcony keeps you in touch with nature. The living room is like a crossroads, a central space in Shanti since it will serve a wing with 1 bedroom double bed with private terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 mezzanine room with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 secondary living room. In addition to this wing, from the living room you access via an atypical staircase upstairs with its 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. As you can see, Shanti is large, modular according to your needs, you can easily live there with 2 or 3 families where each can have their own independent space. We limit up to 8 people to ensure you have the best experience. Outside, you can enjoy a large swimming pool located below the cottage (max depth 1m80 min 1m30) with shower and sun loungers available. A pétanque court (balls included) for family or friends fun. Picnic tables are arranged next to the bocce court and next to the pool. The pool and pétanque court are shared with the tenants (if any) of another accommodation in the Mas Anahata (an apartment of up to 4 people). Several hiking trails leave directly from the Mas, to discover the Cevennes. Let's go! Rivers and waterfalls a few minutes away. To ease the weight of your trip, we offer the rental of: - bedding (€10/single bed; €20/double bed) - Bath towels: €7/pers (1 bath towel, 1 washcloth) - Bath mats: €10 per set of 3 rugs -> Maximum capacity allowed in summer: 8 people (excluding children under 2 years old) Guest access The accommodation is entire.
