3-bed cottage close to beach in central Falmouth

Railway Cottage is a traditional home in a great location. It's a 3-min walk to Castle Beach and all of Falmouth's beautiful coastline. And a 5-min level walk into Falmouth town with its fabulous harbour-side restaurants, shops, and boat trips. Driveway parking for 2 cars. The house is a student rental in winter- please understand it is a comfortable home, but not luxurious. Dining table added for summer lets. Sheets/duvets/towels provided. Saturday-Saturday bookings. Well-behaved dog welcome. The space Downstairs there is an open plan double room with sofas at one end and a dining table for 5 at the other. The kitchen, utility area and bathroom is off that room. The bathroom has a bath and a shower over it. Upstairs there are two larger double bedrooms and one small double. The small double has a slightly shorter bed than usual to make it fit into the space- best suited to children. One of the larger rooms has an en-suite shower. The house has a washing machine and a dryer. The outside area is very pleasant with a seating space. There is a handy driveway with parking for two cars. Guest access Access to the whole house. There is a keysafe and you will be given a keycode to access the house. Other things to note Falmouth is such a wonderful place to holiday. It has three beautiful beaches with cafes and watersports centres where you can hire paddleboards and kayaks etc. It has a vibrant harbour-side restaurant and cafe scene. There are plenty of boat trips from the quay- 5 minutes walk from the cottage. All is walking distance from the cottage, including a local supermarket. King Henry Eighth's Pendennis Castle and the national Maritime Museum are also walking distance from the house - two great days out!
