On the territory there is a large kitchen(with everything you need) next to which there is a bath and a shower. There is a large grill area with different types of barbecue. Parking for 6 cars. The Zhdimir River runs behind the estate, there is a leaking lake in front of the house. There are fishmen nearby where you can catch trout. There is a vat next door.
