Relax with family and friends at this newly renovated 1900s farmhouse. Unique property, on 7 acres, tastefully styled with 150 feet of beach front, shallow water access. Have fun during all seasons - swim, slide, play beach volleyball, fish, kayak, canoe, peddle boat, relax by the calming lake, during the warmer months, and snowshoe, ski, skate, snowmobile (OFSC trails) ice fish in the colder months. Sandy beach, boat dock, beach volleyball. Large fire pit. Fun year round! The space You will be staying in a old farmhouse that has been fully renovated. Our large, modern kitchen can comfortably seat your whole group for meals. If you choose to eat outside, there is ample space for everyone to enjoy meals with a panoramic view of the lake. We have a large living space, with a wood burning fireplace, and card table to play games or do a puzzle. The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, one with a king bed, and the last with 2 sets of bunk beds. You also have 2 full bathrooms, with a washer and dryer. The outdoor space includes a front sitting area and a large fire pit with chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows! The beach has beautiful golden sand where you can relax on some lounge chairs or stay active playing beach volleyball, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, peddle boating, etc. The cottage has wifi through Starlink. Also don’t forget to bring swimming shoes when you get out deeper lots of rocks on the bottom Other things to note We have a fun double slide off of the dock. The water is about 4 feet deep in that area, with a sandy and rocky bottom. The farmhouse is set about 150 yards from the private beach.
