No cleaning fee :-) The space This is our family home with all the basic amenities you'll need to enjoy your holiday. Designed for guests to relax and feel at home. The location is quite literally in the centre of Richmond, parallel to Queen St. 1 min walk to shops, Richmond Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. A short drive or bus ride to the beach, Nelson city and Mapua/Ruby Bay. Fully fenced with off street parking and a private courtyard to enjoy warm evenings in. Linen and towels are provided at no charge. No cleaning fee. Kitchen essentials, coffee machine, BBQ, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer are all available for guest use. Three bedroom townhouse, can sleep six comfortably, extra guests on request. *Please note beds are prepared based on number of guests booked, trundler beds are made up on request only. Lounge has a 40 inch smart TV and there is an extra TV for gaming (console not provided) House is suitable for children, however please be aware of safety issues for toddlers, such as non-gated stairs.
