Located in a residential building, in front of the Royal Palace, a few minutes walk from the Ópera, Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía metro. The space The room is located on a floor of a residential building, on the 4th floor (by stairs) in front of the royal palace, in the heart of Madrid, a 3-minute walk from the Ópera metro and a 9-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. The apartment to share has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 bathroom is assigned for every 2 rooms) Guest access Shared Areas and Services The shared areas include the living room and a kitchen with daily-use dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware. The bathroom is shared with just one other room. Daily cleaning of common areas is provided. Bed linen and towels are included in your reservation. For medium- and long-term stays, one free weekly cleaning is included. Additional cleanings can be requested for 30 €, subject to availability. During your stay We are available to answer any questions you may have, either through the Airbnb platform or via the contact number provided. All messages are answered between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (local time), except in case of emergencies. Our staff’s on-site hours are: Monday to Friday: 10a.m.–2p.m. & 3p.m.–9p.m. Saturdays and Sundays: 10a.m.–3p.m. & 7:p.m.–9p.m. Except on public holidays Other things to note Check-in Hours Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is mandatory to confirm your estimated arrival time in advance so we can organize your check-in accordingly. Late arrivals are allowed until midnight (00:00), only with prior notice, explicit authorization from our team, and the payment of a 30 € late check-in fee. As this is a shared apartment, and in order to respect the rest of the other guests, check-in is not allowed after midnight. No admission before 10:00 a.m. to the building. We kindly ask for maximum discretion when entering or leaving the apartment and the building, especially during quiet hours. Important: The building does not have an elevator.
