This lovely house will suit guests looking to relax in peaceful surroundings and soak up local activities such as golf, fab beaches, watersports & coastal walks. The space A spacious, bright and airy property with a lovely fresh but cosy feel! Situated on the edge of beautiful Blackawton - a dark skies village with ZERO light pollution. Lovely local pub, village shop, church, tennis courts, children's play area, secure dog walking field, and beautiful walks from the doorstep. The 5* AWARD WINNING BEACH Blackpool Sands is just 10 mins by car with a gorgeous beach restaurant and sauna. Torcross beach just 15 minutes by car has yoga, wild swim and sauna space in the old post office next to the beach, a MUST for all yoga lovers. And a wonderful pub with the best locally caught sea food - with a cosy fire in the winter! For golf lovers. The Dartmouth Golf and Country Club is 5 mins by car up the little lane from the house. They also have a reasonable day pass to use the pool, spa and gym facilities and a nice bar and restaurant - a good place to head for if the weather is not so kind to you, or for the evening. Also offering lots of spa treatments. Just 15 minutes by car, The mystical town of Totnes (Glastonbury's sister) with its 1950's cinema, farmers market on a Friday and gorgeous vegan / vegetarian restaurants are an absolute MUST .
