Our luxurious vacation home in Mears, Michigan offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms: The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. With its high-quality linens, pillows, and tasteful décor, you'll be sure to get a great night's sleep in this tranquil space. The second bedroom mirrors the first with a king-size bed. Both rooms are located to the right when you enter the property. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features three bunk beds, ideal for the perfect sleepover! With a full bathroom including a tub/shower combination right next door. One of the two main living areas is the center of these three bedrooms and provides its own laundry room to this side of the house. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are just through the kitchen. Each room features two full beds and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second laundry room is located through the fourth bedroom. The second living space is adjoined with the kitchen and large farmhouse table for all to enjoy meals together. Guests are only permitted to park on the driveway and have a maximum of 8 vehicles or trailers. No vehicles or trailers longer than 20 feet permitted on premises without prior approval. Violations may incur additional fines. Other things to note Home Truths: - Pets are not permitted on this property, any unapproved pets may incur a fine of $500. - You must be 25 years or older to book this property. - Property has four (4) exterior cameras installed: one (1) directed at the patio, one (1) at the beach, one (1) at the garage/driveway, and one (1) at the front door. - This property has a wood fire pit on the beach, however firewood is not provided. Consider bringing some cash to purchase firewood locally if you intend to utilize this amenity. - The property has a grill for your outdoor BBQs. However, guests are responsible for cleaning after use. Failing to clean the grill before checkout may incur an additional $50 cleaning fee. - The property has an irrigation system which is active in the early morning hours. It is recommended that anything you do not want wet be picked up from the lawn prior to going to sleep. - TVs provided but guests must utilize their own streaming subscriptions. - Amenities are complementary and provided in moderate amounts. If you expect to use a large amount or are staying for an extended period, please consider bringing your own supplies to supplement what is provided. - You are allowed to bring your own (or rented) watercraft and tie it to the dock.
