Even the famous Sector 17 shopping plaza is about less than 4 KM away. The space This property is on ground floor and owners beautiful and favourite personal vacation and party house. (Self cooking and self service only). It’s simple house and different than hotels and facilities therein. Split AC available in bedroom and the living room is not having AC so far but if need arises, two Matteress are also available and can easily be used in the big size bedroom. Inverter is available to run fan and lights etc. in case of sometimes power cut. Guest access The guests have access to entire ground floor (except back yard portion where our tenant family is staying), including big complete private garden/lawn and also private parking. One car parking is allowed inside the property with maximum 4 guests. However, guests are requested to park the vehicle while leaving proper space and way to other two wheelers since the First floor of the property is occupied by tenant family.
