The space This private home is cozy yet spacious with an airy atmosphere with modern updates. It is located 8 miles from Gilmer, 7 miles from Gladewater and 13 miles from Longview. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, 2 Zinus Memory Foam Mattresses, TV projector with Home Theater Video Projector, remote controlled ceiling fans and some 80 Acres decorations. This home can accommodate 4 guests quite comfortably. Guest access Full access to the entire home and the outside property with the exception of the well house, building or barn. Guests are welcome to enjoy and use the beverage cooler at the well house. Guests are welcome around the log barn. Guests have lockbox access to the home. The lockbox is located on the back door. There is ample parking for our guests behind the house. Upon your departure, please leave the 2 keys in the lockbox. Other things to note Please take out the trash at the end of your stay and put it in the trash bin in the designated door of the well house behind the house. There is a sign that reads "TRASH" on the building.
