Extremely quiet and secure apartment located 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from a Blue Flag certified sandy beach and absolutely stunning crystal clear turquoise waters. The famous Quinta Avenida is 20 minutes away by car and can easily be reached using the very cheap collectivos that pass by every few minutes. You will also be perfectly taken care of by your hostess Wendy, who also lives in the El Cielo district. The space Enjoy our 126m2 fully equipped two bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second room has a comfortable queen-size bed and is also equipped with its own attached bathroom. A large kitchen invites you to cook and then you can eat at the large dining table or on the balcony. You can then relax on the comfortable couch in the spacious living room. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift. The communal area located in a tropical setting consists of a pool, a terrace with tables and sun loungers. WIFI is included. The Awa complex in which the apartment is located has its own 24/7 security and is located in the also 24/7 secured area of El Cielo. Since only residents live in El Cielo, car traffic is extremely low. Two small shops (Oxxo and Seven Eleven) are in the immediate area of the apartment and larger supermarkets such as Walmart can be reached by car in 11 minutes. Guest access The apartment is easy to reach with the very cheap Colletivos in about 40 minutes by car from Cancun Airport. Of course, you have the option of renting a vehicle at the airport in order to enjoy maximum mobility during your stay. As previously mentioned, El Cielo is one of the safest neighborhood complexes in Playa del Carmen. Accordingly, check-in will take place at the entrance of the complex. A private parking space belongs to the apartment + other parking spaces available on the road side. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. Unfortunately, due to administrative regulations, it is not allowed for temporary guests to bring pets. At the moment the apartment does not have a washing machine (but that will be the case until the beginning of September). In the meantime, there are laundry facilities nearby. Very soon (in two months) we can offer you an upgrade option of 116 m2 including a roof terrace of 55m2, an outdoor kitchen, an additional bedroom and bathroom. The total available area including terraces is 242 m2.
