Welcome to Hirsch Heide or rather to Hirschaid. ;-) In Hirsch¹⁶, a newly renovated, modern, fully equipped and, above all, very comfortably furnished apartment awaits you directly in the center of Hirschaid. The space New since 10/2024: A private free parking space is available just a few meters from the house entrance. The property offers the perfect starting point for city trips both towards the World Heritage city of Bamberg, as well as Erlangen/Nuremberg and Franconian Switzerland. Within walking distance you can reach the train station (RE and S-Bahn connection) as well as various supermarkets, drugstores, ice cream parlors, bakeries, inns, etc. Free parking and a children's playground are available in the vicinity. You will sleep in a 1.8 x 2 meter bed with new blankets, pillows and mattresses from Emma. Your sleeping place is of course already freshly covered upon arrival. Towels are also available free of charge for you. From the third guest I will gladly provide you with a comfortable mattress topper (also from Emma) for the pull-out sofa bed (1.2 x 2 meters). The underfloor heating, which heats the entire apartment, ensures a cozy indoor climate. The pendant lamp and wall lamps in the living room are Philips Hue lamps. With the remote control, these can be dimmed and switched between different light modes. __________ The house already has a long history and soul. It was built by the great-grandparents and therefore long before the war, but was then partially destroyed in it. The reconstruction was not long in coming and in the 1960s there was an extensive increase with ongoing renovations. In the last two years, the property was then completely turned upside down and completely renovated. A lot of it was done by the owner himself and with a lot of heart and soul. I lived in the apartment myself for about 10 years. Now it's time to no longer withhold this beautiful place from you. Of course, I still live here, now on the upper floor. I'm very happy to welcome you! :-) Guest access Access is via a separate entrance directly on the street side (exclusively for the first floor). This can be opened independently using a key box.
