The space The accommodation is located in the historic Cimadevilla neighborhood on the ground floor of a 3-story building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a double bedroom with a 135 x 190 cm bed and another bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm beds It has a full bathroom with a bathtub. A kitchen with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The living/dining room has a large table that seats 4 and a 42" TV. It has an outdoor terrace with a table for 4 diners and an umbrella where you can eat, ideal for breakfast or enjoy a quiet dinner It has electric heating (for more information see "Other important details") This apartment is located right in front of the Cimadevilla Public Parking where we have a private space for our guests, one of the few accommodations that have private parking in Cimadevilla. An excellent accommodation with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in Gijón Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodation has heating via electric radiators enabled from November to April. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6 and 15 degrees, we will have heating available in two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature that ranges between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum heating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day depending on the weather and can be chosen by guests. It is important to understand that heating a 65 sq. meter accommodation like ours is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room (15 sq. meters).
