Other things to note Renters must be 21 years or older. Valid Id is required. No Smoking in units, No Rv or trailer parking on the property. All units are under the Owners Name. Within 24 hours of received payment, you will receive a confirmation number.  The owner will be checking into all units for the renters and will be present at the resort to give you your unit keys.  If the owner is not able to be present, the unit will be under the renters name and the renter may check in at the lobby.
