Only 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, but secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, this private suite will allow the comfort and privacy you need! The space Be our guest at our new build 2023 guest suite! We clean our suite as we would like others to clean our place when traveling! Clean cotton sheets every stay, complimentary water bottles, private entrance with key pad, private patio with exterior table for 2, king size bed plus pillow top with a WFH area, walk-in closet with iron & hangers, 50in. TV with Netflix/Disney, cook breakfast with an electric stove, grab a cup of coffee before you are on the go, utilize the air fryer for your meals, or simply relax during your stay! Reminder: please no pets allowed in/on property, no smoking, no parties. We look forward to hosting you! We are locals who know the area very well. We are happy to answer any questions and maximize the most out of your stay! Guest access Guests will be able to use all amenities inside suite house and private patio. Limitations apply to owners closet (For cleaning crew). Guests will have a separate walk in closet for their stay. No parking on driveway. Other things to note Property is a new 2023 suite, homes are being built near the neighborhood. (About 2 streets away). Construction nearby. GPS may not work accurately due to new area. Prior to booking please consider Suite Rules: 1. No parties 2. No smoking any where on the property. If there is evidence there will be a cleaning fee of $1,000. Our main unit is attached so we will be able to smell it. If you are eager to smoke we welcome you to do so outside in the patio. 3. Quiet hours 10 pm -6 am 4. Check out time- if you are later than the check out time you will be charged a late fee without a previous authorization from your host. $50 for every 30 mins 5. Notice to vacate. Your reservation ends at 11am on your check out date. 6. Liability for damage. If you damage anything you will be charged a fee for any cost incurred by the owner 7. Right to access property in an emergency. 8. Primary guest is responsible for making sure all guest are aware of suite rules 9. All guests must abide by airbnb, local, state and federal laws. Any violations can result in immediate removal. 10. No animals at the property. If there is evidence of animals there will be a cleaning fee of $500. 11. Occupancy (including children, infants and visitors) is not to exceed the published maximum occupancy as stated on the Local Operations website unless prior approval has been made. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the property, guest agree that a deduction of $200.00 per person per day will be added to their booking folio. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without refund at the discretion of the host if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.
