This recently renovated home is located in the heart of historic Winterport, Maine. It’s located on a quiet street with views of the Penobscot River. Winterport is an old fashion, quaint town, where everyone is very friendly. The home has three bedrooms and one bath with plenty of room to spread out. This house is so centrally located its only 52 miles to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, 21 miles to Belfast and 40 miles to Camden just to name a few of the beautiful coastal towns in Maine. The space We have three bedrooms, two queen size beds and one full size bed. There is only one bathroom/laundry room and it is on the main floor. The bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. There is a large livingroom , dining room and kitchen. There is also a small office off the dining room. There is a back deck with a table and six chairs. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and street parking during the summer as well. Other things to note The three bedrooms are located upstairs and the one bath/laundry room is downstairs. There are area rugs on the main floor but the wood areas in the living room and dining room are a little rough, you may want to keep socks on or wear slippers.
