Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is a brand new studio within easy access of Rye House train station (5 minute walk) with connections to Tottenham Hale within 24 mins (Victoria Line, Stansted Express and direct trains to Cambridge) or Liverpool Street with 34 mins (Central line). Shops, pubs, takeaways, restaurants, green space and lovely walks on your doorstep. Private access and on street, free parking. Guest access 👋 Here are the check-in instructions. Please park on Aylsham Road EN11 0JG or Rye Road EN110JE Do not come to 51 Rye Road as this is the wrong entrance to the studio. Once parked, please follow the brown fence on Aylsham Road and take a left down the pathway to the studio. Pictures are attached. We will leave the outside light on for you so you can find us! Please could you turn it off on arrival. Please DO NOT leave any rubbish bags in the bins outside. Either leave them in the studio or outside the double french doors in the garden where we will despose of it. Any clean paper/card, tins or recycling plastic can be put in the bag for life which is located behind the silver refuse bin in the studio. The door will be unlocked and keys in the door. On check out, just do the same. We will leave milk in the fridge for you. We really hope you have a comfortable stay. Any questions please get in touch, and we will help you out.
