This place has it all! Conveniently located 10 mins from downtown Arley, 20 mins by boat or car to Dunkin Bridge + Duskin Point. The primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the lake. Lower screened in porch has a ping pong table. Walk to the water on the concrete path which leads to a firepit near the water surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs. Nice private cove with available space to dock a boat. (Boat NOT included) Lily pad mat and stand up paddle board available to use. Convenient to Arley (10 mins) by car for a stop at the Smith Lake Antique Mall for souvenirs or Sons of Arley. Pickleball courts are located at the park if you are seeking an off the lake activity! 20 minutes by car or to Duskin Pointe or Dunkin Bridge Marina. 15 mins by car to Trident Grille + Marina or 35 minutes by boat.
