A modern style vacation home in a quiet and peaceful, amenity-filled Poconos community. Our expansive deck is an ideal spot for morning coffee, al-fresco dining, or stargazing at night. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature, with an occasional visit by friendly deers. Our safe, gated community will give you access to three lakes, a beach, two pools, recreation center, convenience store, playground, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts, and soccer/baseball fields. The space Our family-friendly home in the Poconos features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a desk to work from home, along with high speed internet. Two bedrooms have full sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a bunkbed and pack 'n play available. We have kids toys, books, step stools, baby safety gate, and nightlights as well. Our den is equipped with an additional tv with ROKU and futon. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, cutlery, spices, oil, etc. We also have a drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, and sugar. Kid-friendly plates, cups, and bowls are also provided. All bed linens, towels, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner are included. 4 Bedrooms - with plenty of closet space and hangers. Bedroom 1 (main floor): Master bedroom with queen bed, a workstation, and attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 (main floor): full-sized bed Bedroom 3 (ground floor): full-sized bed Bedroom 4 (ground floor): twin over full bunk bed, pack n' play and changing pad available. 2 Bathrooms - Bathroom 1 (main floor): shower Bathroom 2 (ground floor): tub/shower combo Den - On ground floor, equipped with a smart TV, futon and board games. Washer and dryer are enclosed in a closet. Living Room - Smart ultra HD TV, propane fireplace, coffee table, standing reading lamp. Outdoor Amenities - EV Charger - Level 2, J1772 connector Main floor deck: outdoor dining table and propane grill Ground floor deck: Swing bench and conversation set Dimmable bistro lighting Firepit with Adirondack chairs Pool floats and noodles provided Pickleball set and kids bikes available for use. Driveway has ample parking for 3 cars. Please do not park on the street. Community Amenities: 8 amenity passes are included with stay. Within a short 4 minutes drive, you can enjoy 2 outdoor community pools including a lap pool and baby pool (during the summer only until Labor Day), swimming beach, 3 lakes, picnic areas, tennis & pickle ball, volleyball & basketball courts, playground, soccer and baseball fields. The community also has a recreation center with pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and air hockey. There is also a convenience store with hot food and snacks, located right outside the outdoor pool area. Pool daily hours (weather permitting): 11am - 7pm Guest access Guests will have full access to the property, with the exception of two locked storage/linen closets. EV Charger - Level 2, J1772 connector available for use. Other things to note Our house is located in Penn Estates, a gated Poconos community. They require a short registration form to be filled out in advance, with guests and vehicle information. There is a maximum of 3 cars allowed for our house. You will need to check in at the gate when you arrive, and they will provide you with a gate pass that you can use throughout your stay. Only registered guests will be allowed in the community. No fireworks are allowed. There may be penalties up to $2000, so please refrain from them. There is no smoking inside the house and no pets are allowed. When there is a burn ban, fire pit use is not allowed.
