Our small Limousin farmhouse has been freshly renovated in a natural way to offer you a charming, comfortable and warm gîte. In the heart of Limousin, we are pleased to offer you our second gîte on the farm. It is located on our donkey farm where we make donkey milk soaps on 17 ha of meadows and forest. We're at the end of a small dead-end road. Many animals are present. Nature and tranquility guaranteed. The space On the ground floor the house includes a large open living room with sofa bed. (on request for two additional people) A kitchen area and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Access to the outside from the parking side and an exit to the lawn with its shaded terrace area that overlooks a small shared play area, kitchen side. Upstairs, a first open mezzanine-style bedroom with two 90/190 beds. A second bedroom with a 160/190 bed and a 90/190 bed. Also upstairs is a toilet area in the master bedroom. Windows with exterior views in all spaces. Guest access The whole house Other things to note Our cottage is located in a quiet area, however we are a farm, there is the possibility of noises, various animals, tractors etc. You could accompany us for the various treatments as well as the manufacture of our soaps. Many walks are available from the farm as well as in our beautiful region. Lake St Pardoux is 30 minutes away.
