Living + Dining The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is anchored by a cozy leather sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large Apple TV with guest streaming access. Pull a record from the vinyl collection and settle into the reading nook, or gather everyone around the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped for real cooking, with a drip coffee maker, espresso maker, and French press — both ground and whole coffee beans are provided — plus staple pantry items and a dedicated reverse osmosis filtered water faucet. Bedrooms - Primary Suite: King bed with folding doors that open directly to the backyard seating area — wake up, step outside, and you're already in the desert air. Includes an air filter, zoned heating/cooling, an open clothing rack, and guest robes. - Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a sliding glass door to the outside, plus the same air filter, zoned climate control, open clothing rack, and robes. Bathroom One full bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern finishes, shared between both bedrooms. Other things to note ★ RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS★ ☑ A signed Rental Agreement is required as per local ordinance San Bernardino County 84.28.070. A link to the Rental Agreement will be sent via Airbnb messaging after you make a reservation. ☑ A valid photo ID or Passport is required as part of the agreement. ☑ We require a Security Deposit, which is allowed for software-connected hosts like us through OwnerRez (a Preferred+ Partner of Airbnb). The Security Deposit will be processed as a Hold Authorization the day prior to arrival. You will receive further instructions on submitting the Security Deposit after booking. ☑ We use OwnerRez for processing rental agreements and security deposits to ensure your privacy and data protection. Rest assured, your information is securely handled. ★ FIRE BAN ★ Due to the current San Bernardino County fire ban, wood-burning fires, campfires, charcoal fires, fire pits, and any outdoor open flames are not permitted during your stay. ★ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE ★ ☑ Military Base Nearby.
