The unit is located within a condo-hotel giving you the benefits of resort amenities but with NO resort fee! Other things to note Please note that both the building management and the host enforce a strict No Smoking and No Vaping policy. This policy states that any smoking or vaping inside the unit results in an immediate fine of $500, in addition to any costs required for extra cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also result in immediate removal from the property without refund, as outlined in the house rules.
