The space This bright and very quiet 3-room apartment, overlooking two inner courtyards, combines old world charm (moldings, ceiling height) with contemporary comfort. Completely renovated in 2020, the apartment now has a hallway between the living room and the bedrooms, guaranteeing total privacy for everyone. It features: • A cozy living room with a sofa. • A modern and well-equipped kitchen • A bathroom with walk-in shower & toilet. • 🛏️ Sleeping area • Bedroom 1: two 90 x 200 cm twin beds that can be joined to form a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed • Bedroom 2: King-size bed 180 x 200 cm (not separable) 🌇 The neighborhood You will stay in the heart of a lively, cultural, and charming area, among Parisian cafés, lounge bars, restaurants, shops, and the iconic Art Deco covered passages of the Grands Boulevards. The Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and Musée Grévin are within walking distance. ✨ A unique place to enjoy the Parisian experience, combining vibrant neighborhood life with absolute relaxation. Guest access The entire property will be accessible to our guests, and only they will have access to it (no one else). Before your arrival, we will send you all the details to reach us, step by step, regardless of where you arrive. We make it a point of honor to welcome our guests ourselves in a very professional and friendly way. For check-in times: We indicate 3:00 p.m. guaranteed, and if we can, we will try to welcome you before but without guarantee in advance, we will inform you if this is possible a few days before your arrival according to our schedule. For any check-in between 9:00 p.m. and midnight, an additional 50 euros will be requested upon arrival in cash for taxi reimbursement. No arrivals after midnight accepted. For checkout times, normally 11:00 a.m., but depending on the arrival of the next guests, we can let you have the apartment a little later, this will be communicated to you on arrival, or at least the day before your departure. Other things to note The rental includes all taxes & charges: Heating, Water, Electricity, but also: Linens, cleaning on departure, high-speed internet access & wifi, cable TV. The washer - dryer is free and is in the apartment. We don't provide laundry, you'll easily find it in the supermarket on the corner Upon arrival, you will find some basic welcome products, soap, shower gel, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper to allow you to start your stay and give you time to buy them according to your needs.
