The space The apartment is on the first floor and offers a comfortable and functional layout on one level. It has its own separate entrance and is accessed via a flight of stairs from the street. Upon entering, we are greeted by a living-dining room integrated with the open kitchen, a table for four people and a sofa with a low table, next to a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series. The living room leads to the terrace, the real jewel of the house. Equipped with outdoor furniture and an outdoor table, it is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with stunning views or, for kitesurfers, to observe the conditions at all times. No matter the time of day, these views are magical. The master bedroom features a 160 cm double bed and a closet, while the second bedroom features two 90 cm single beds, each with its own closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace. The home is in a building with common areas, such as a seasonal community pool, usually open from June to September, and a garden area with a shower. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
