The Boat at Marina is a luxury yacht that’s perfect for a vacation right on the water. Whether you are looking for a calm vacation full of sun and surf or want to see all the fun that LA has to offer while staying in luxurious accommodations, The Boat at Marina is perfect for you! The space The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom yacht has all of the amenities you need for an enjoyable and relaxing time. There’s an outdoor shower and a public one. The space also comes with a kayak and paddleboard for your outdoor adventures! The master bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, and TV for your enjoyment. There are extra blankets for your comfort, as well as blackout curtains to ensure you can get plenty of rest. The bedroom also has access to the shared hallway bathroom and deck. The guest bedroom has a double bed and shelf storage for your convenience. It is equipped with blackout curtains and extra blankets. It also has access to the shared hallway bathroom. We also offer a queen bed sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep up to two extra guests. The living room also comes with a TV, charging station, extra blankets, and access to both the deck and shared hallway bathroom. We also offer a table with seating for up to five guests and an outdoor table on the bow deck to enjoy dinner at sunset. The bow deck also comes with a hanging sofa, captain’s chair, and hardcover. We also offer a Bluetooth stereo on the deck to enjoy your favorite tunes. In addition, the yacht also comes with an outdoor shower. If you need larger bathroom accommodations, the marina offers men’s and women’s washrooms for more bathing space. Guest access There is plenty of free 24-hour parking for everyone staying at the marina. Also, feel free to use the kayak and paddleboard for fun on the water. Other things to note Airbnb Rules Quite hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM 1. Primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property 2. No parties allowed! The marina has 24 hour security patrolling the marina. Guests in violation of this rule will be evicted immediately and charged an additional fee of $500-2000. Guest(s) understand disturbing the peace is an ordinance violation. Guest(s) understand noises have to kept to a minimum, including children playing loudly, parties and any other loud activities between the hours of 10:00PM and 7:00 AM. If the host has to visit the property to address these types of issues, a fee will be charged for our time in doing so and after hours fees are as high as $250 per visit. Guest(s) understand that their credit card will be charged for any such occurrence(s). 3. No Smoking! Smoking on the boat is not allowed! (You can smoke outside of the dock and please correctly dispose cigarette butts.) If you do choose to smoke inside or if the house smells of any kind of smoke, there will be a $500 charge for odor removal services. 4. Trash and Dishes Prior to check out, guests must take out any trash that is left on the boat. Failure to take out the trash will result in an additional $25 fee for the cleaning team. Guests must also wash any kitchen appliances that were used. An additional $25 fee will be charged in case dishes are left dirty. 5. No Pets allowed unless previously approved. If there is evidence of a pet found on the boat, the guest will charged an additional $50 fee. 6. CHECK-IN TIME IS BETWEEN 3 – 5 P.M. PST CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. PST. No early check-in, No late check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless previously authorized. Late Check-ins are subject to an additional $25 fee. To obtain authorization for early check-in or late check-out, you must call the day prior to your stay to verify that the property will be available. Fees for early Check-Ins or late Check-Outs may apply. Keys: Keys will be issued upon check-in. Guests may be charged a fee for keys not returned. 7. Property damage No damage is done to vessel or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Any head (toilet) found clogged or needing repair due to improper use, guest will be charged a minimum fee of $100. Do not climb or touch any neighboring vessels. The security will report any guests violating this rule, which will result in a fine of no less than $5000. By booking the property, you agree and understand the rules and accept responsibility in case of any violation.
