The house has 3 bedroom's - 1 master with the private ensuite - Shower and toilet (sleeps 2) , second bedroom has a double bed with single bed bunk on top (sleeps 3), the 3rd bedroom has a single bed bunk. (sleeps 2) . It also has another seperate toilet and bathroom with a large hot water system that will accommodate everyones showering needs making the house suitable for 2 families to share. It is located 300 metres walk from Cape Woolamai's popular cottesloe avenue beach where the sunrises are a MUST to witness and a 600 metre walk to the Cape Woolamai Surf Beach where the sunsets a MUST to witness.
