This beautiful and spacious house offers a perfect place to enjoy with family and friends! Located in the Figueira neighborhood (Arraial do Cabo), it is 750 meters from Figueira Beach (an extension of Praia Grande), 30 minutes from Cabo Frio, 25 minutes from the entrance to Arraial and 10 minutes from Pontal de Alcaíra (Arubinha). It is equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils, appliances, two refrigerators, smart TV (in the living room and in the 2 en-suites), fans, Wi-Fi, stereo, pool table, kayak and a stand-up paddle board for you to enjoy a lot! From the house, it is possible to walk to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and some restaurants. IMPORTANT: We do not provide bed and bath linens!!! Guest access The front of the house has a beautiful and extensive lawn, where you can enjoy the view and the sun! The lagoon is your backyard, but if you want something more private, the house has a private backyard with a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a shower. Other things to note You can park the car on the lawn or on the street itself, which is super quiet and safe.
