A SoloStove firepit AND wood are provided for your evening enjoyment. **Prefer weekly rental with Saturday check-in but willing to accommodate. The space Quaint, updated waterfront cottage with a walkout sandy bottom and beach area; updated kitchen and bath; with a perfect blend of rustic and modern feel. The cottage can be arranged to sleep up to 10 people: BDRM1- king bed BDRM2- queen bed or two single beds 3rd ROOM- has 2 couches that can be utilized as twin beds or pushed together as a king bed. We can also offer a bunkhouse with kitchenette, 3-piece bathroom, and two full-sized Murphy beds. There's a screened-in porch for dining and a landscaped outdoor patio/fire pit. The entire cottage has air conditioning (and heat) provided via a 4-zone mini-split system. Guests can set their own temperature for each bedroom, as well as the living room, and rear of the home. Guest access Waterfront, Dock and patio for 8, Beach, 3x Paddleboards, Fire pit, WIFI & Cable, 4K SmartTV, BBQ Grill, day/overnight boat moorings (noted as a 'boat slip' in the amenities). Other things to note Across from the Sandbar and near Torch River. Perfect location for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking! A hurricane-rated mooring means you bring your boat and cruise the nearly 50 miles of lake shore, access to the entire chain-of-lakes, and enjoy water sports in the prestige turquoise water of beautiful Torch Lake! Spend the day on the water, tie up your boat if you brought or rented one, and then relax waterside on the dock. Start your mornings paddle boarding with a gorgeous sunrise, a warm cup of coffee on the dock, or catch some extra Z’s in the comfort of an air-conditioned cottage!
