13 m2 room, on the ground floor (cool in summer, because the house is semi-buried). Small orchard and enclosed courtyard. Bedroom equipped with a single bed (soft mattress), a sofa bed (latex mattress for 2 people; prepared on request instead of the single bed if necessary), a desk and a small dressing room. A kitchenette area is set up next door, so you can prepare something to eat. Access to the shower room/WC (with heating) is via a small corridor (unheated in winter). The space Quiet and bright room. Shower room & separate WC. Free internet and ethernet access. Toilet and bed linen provided. Available in the shower room: shampoo, shower gel and additional heater. You will also find the essentials for washing your dishes. Parking in front of the house (on the sidewalk, very safe neighborhood) or in our indoor and enclosed courtyard (if you are transporting valuable equipment). No smoking/vaping in the house. Close to local shops: supermarket, laundromat, gas station, Asian food, pizzeria. Easy access to shopping areas. 5min from Downtown by Car. About 5 min from the train station by car. Check-in from Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 p.m. (if you arrive before, access to the accommodation will be via a coded key box). Check-out before 7:30 a.m. (if you leave the premises after, the keys will be dropped off in the box). Another note: We have a small, very nice dog but it doesn't like cats and large dogs. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation (step-free) is through the room where the kitchenette is located (independent entrance). From the kitchenette you have direct access to the bedroom and shower/WC room. During your visit, we will be happy to share a moment with you over a cup of coffee. Other things to note We have a small dog who stays at home when we are away. In this case, he won't have access to your level. Following some inconvenience encountered with a guest, in the future, we will only accept guests with reviews.
