Room of 13 m2, on the ground floor (cool in summer, because the house is semi-underground). Small orchard and enclosed courtyard. Bedroom equipped with a single bed (soft mattress), a sofa bed (latex mattress for 2 people; prepared the request instead of the single bed if necessary), a desk and a small dressing room. A kitchenette area is arranged right next door, so you can prepare something to eat. Access to the shower room/toilet (with heating) is via a small corridor (not heated in winter). The space Quiet and bright room. Shower room and separate toilet. Free internet and ethernet access. Towels and bed linen provided. Available in the shower room: shampoo, shower gel and additional heater. You will also find the essentials to wash your dishes. Parking in front of the house (on the sidewalk, very safe area) or in our indoor and closed courtyard (if you are transporting valuable equipment). Non-smoking/vaping house. Close to local shops: supermarket, laundromat, gas station, Asian restaurant, pizzeria. Easy access to shopping areas. 5 min from downtown by car. About 5 min from the train station by car. Check-in from Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 p.m. (if you arrive before, access to the accommodation will be via a coded key box). Check-out before 7:30 a.m. (if you leave after, the keys will be left in the box). Other note: We have a small dog, very nice, but he doesn't like cats and big dogs. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation (on the ground floor) is through the room where the kitchenette is located (independent entrance). From the kitchenette, you have direct access to the bedroom and shower room/WC.
