This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 50 m² vacation home, completely renovated (2023) 300 m from Les Becs beach in a quiet neighborhood. Wi-Fi included. Complete cleaning after stay, of your choice: - By you or - By the concierge for €55 (let us know for its organization). Possibility to rent the house linen for €12 per person (bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc.) The space -> On the ground floor: a living room with flat-screen TV, a dining room, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, fridge, etc.) and 1 separate toilet. -> Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with 140x190 cm bed + large closet type dressing room and a flat screen TV + a baby umbrella bed 60x120 and a real mattress; a bedroom with a wardrobe and a bunk bed 140x200 cm at the bottom and 90x200 cm at the top; a shower room (with washing machine) and towel dryer. For young children, you will find a safety barrier, a high chair, a changing mat and also a deckchair. -> Outside: a terrace of about 30 m² equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, an electric plancha and a room for equipment. But also a bike rack. A private parking space is reserved for you just in front of the house. You can walk (5 min) to the bakery, restaurants, rent bikes… The "Atlantic Toboggan" water park and the amusement park are about 1 km away. (Open July and August) The 1st supermarket (U Express) is a 3-minute drive. (Open from April to mid-September) Everything comes together for a good relaxing vacation. Pets not allowed.
