Please note: The owners live above the unit, which is completely separate from the lower level living space. You could possibly hear footsteps from time-to-time. As such, you will not see us during your stay. The private backyard is strictly for guests, so you will not see us in this space. However, the hot tub area is in a shared yard space. The only times you might see us is when we are coming and going from the house. We ask that you only park on the street, as we use the driveway to park our cars. We also use the garage, so you might hear it open and close from time-to-time. We also have a dog, so you might see in the shared yard space near the hot tub. Other things to note *** This home is ideal for couples and groups of friends. We want you to have a wonderful and memorable experience! However, we do ask that you be respectful of the home and our neighbors. Music must be kept to a reasonable volume in the backyard so as to not disturb the neighbors. If your group is loud or rowdy, this space is not for you. Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
