The space Location is the most important when it comes to living in a city with cosmopolitan traffic, and this place has the location and much more. Perfectly centered, located just 1 minute from Dolphin Expwy, 3min from Palmetto Expwy and 5min from Turnpike Expwy, you won't be late anywhere anymore. Also, the distance to anywhere in Miami are very close as well. As for the apartment itself it has everything a home should have to make you feel always welcome and in piece after any day at work or school. You don't have to worry about anything, since you'll be having it all here. So, at home you eat good and healthy, laid back and relax with a fully equipped media center, including NetFlix, all Tv channels package (over 900 channels) including all the PayPer View, Sports etc, Smart TV, Xbox 360, nVidia Shield, and much more. Other things to note This room is for a single or couples. Couples are up to my discretion and might be subject to a $15/night fee, but this fee can be omitted depending on the situation. Note: If there is an incident on which any of the appliances are not working properly or malfunctioning, please let us know right away, a minimum of 2 days will be required to send a technician to go there an assess the issue. After arrival, if the reported issue turns out to be false or mishandle from the user, a service charge of $200 weekdays/$300 on weekends will be applied to the reservation.
