Amazing spacious room in a heart of Miami Beach

Beautiful private bedroom with lots of natural light, comfortable bed and ample storage space. You’ll have your own private bathroom and access to the kitchen and private outdoor pool! Very safe and quiet area with many shops and restaurants near by, few blocks to the beach. You will love it here! The space Unit is located in Normandy island. Great location! Amazing spacious private room with private bathroom, walk in closet, and personal working station! This is a 2 bedroom apartment that I recently bought so everything is brand new :) We share a kitchen and dining area, I keep living room as my private work and relax space though, please keep that in mind. Washer and dryer in the unit. Feel free to use private pool as well. Room is very bright and cozy, fully remodeled and updated unit! Furnished with big bed and spacious closet. Very close to the beach, and grocery stores. Ideally located in the middle of heart of Miami! 15 min drive to south beach, 15 min drive to midtown/Brickell , great location!! You can ride a bike to the Miami Beach in 5 min or jog there in 10 min. Many shops and restaurants in the area, condo is very close to Normandy Square. Super fast Wifi, essentials, beddings, towels are provided :) 1 person only please. No exceptions. No couples, no kids, No overnight guests. I’m sorry but I work a lot and I want to keep the place private and quiet. I also have a kitty named Lucy :) IMPORTANT: I would like our guest to be very CLEAN and respectful. No shoes in the house, no dirty dishes, no mess please and no smoking in the house of any kind! 🙏🏻 Guest access You’ll have your private room, private bathroom, large walk in closet and personal working station! Shared kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer in the unit :) You’re welcome to cook and use the kitchen, but absolutely NO FRYING and please clean stove, surfaces and dishes right away after yourself 🙏🏻 With that being said, I honestly prefer a guest that would not do much cooking every day. I keep living room as my private work and relax space tho, please keep that in mind as it off limits for the guests. Feel free to use Private pool in the property. I also have an access to Carillon Wellness resort located on 6801 Collins, that has private beach service, 4 pools, gym, fitness classes and a world winning spa. They normally charge $500 per day but for my guests I give my bracelet access for $50/day. Please check Carillon online to see the facility :) During your stay I live in the apartment, I’m here to answer your questions and help with suggestions but I’m also very hard working person so I rather rent the room to self efficient person that respects house rules and each other privacy :) Other things to note Starting January 1st 2025 City of Miami and Miami Beach zones have residential parking only. Conveniently, there are several parking lots very close to our house where you can park for up to 10 hours ( I believe it’s $1/hour, but you might want to check that on miamibeachfl dot gov). no designated parking at the building.
