Parking & Location -The property provides parking for up to 3 cars. You'll also be close to Sundance Resort amenities, dining, seasonal events, and year-round outdoor activities. Provo and Orem are approximately 15 minutes away by car, giving you convenient access to additional restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions. Whether you're visiting for a ski vacation, fall mountain escape, holiday gathering, or summer adventure, the Main House offers a comfortable home base for enjoying Sundance! Other things to note If you need an additional bed on the property, check out our large studio suite downstairs with fully equipped kitchen, king bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer. PLEASE NOTE: the unit downstairs may be rented by other guests. They have one parking spot. However, the outdoor space including the seating area, spa and grill are for your use only. A home is being constructed next door to this Mountain Home. The level of construction varies day to day and may impact your stay. For this reason, the rate has been reduced accordingly.
