Welcome to Les Jardins de Félicie, your vacation rentals between Paris and Deauville. Nestled in a charming village of boatmen, our farmhouse has been tastefully renovated to preserve the charm of the old. Every detail has been thought out to create a cozy and warm atmosphere. You will find exposed wooden beams, stone walls, cathedral ceilings in each room. Period furniture adds authenticity to the whole. The space Les Tourtereaux is a self-contained accommodation for 2 people. It consists of a living room-kitchen and a bedroom with its private shower room. A terrace overlooking the vegetable garden completes the ensemble. The spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Storage, a desk and a TV are at your disposal in the bedroom, as well as a film about our beautiful village. The living room's bay window opens onto a secluded terrace where you can relax. Imagine yourself lounging in our deckchairs to enjoy the sun, breathe the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of the nature that surrounds you. In winter, it is nice and warm thanks to the living room's Pellet Stove. And there are dry inertia radiators in the bedroom and bathroom. And in summer, the old stone walls of more than 40 cm keep the accommodation cool. If you're a fan of outdoor grilling, you'll be delighted to know that we provide a barbecue. You can prepare delicious meals outdoors, while enjoying the quiet and serene atmosphere of your vacation rental. To add a touch of aroma to your dishes, fresh aromatic herbs have been planted for you around the terrace. A welcome booklet awaits you upon arrival. You will find some practical information about the gîte, useful addresses (local shops, restaurants), as well as some rules to follow. If you wish to have breakfast, we offer this service for €12 per person, just let us know the day before. Les Jardins de Félicie provides you with pedal cars and bicycles for a symbolic price allowing us to ensure their maintenance. Other things to note A BREAK FOR NATURE LOVERS Our garden has been designed as a place where life is good not just for humans. That's why you'll find uncut areas and corners without human intervention where animals and insects can find shelter and food. No chemicals are used in the garden and our vegetable garden is on living soil. A watchful eye will come across many insects and birds and, at nightfall, a few hedgehogs. Located close to many outdoor activities, our cottage offers easy access to beautiful hiking trails, scenic bike paths and exceptional natural sites. Experience the beauty of the area by exploring the surroundings on foot, by bike or by car. We provide you with Bikes for €5/day. The farm is conveniently located on the Seine-à-Vélo cycle route.
