Enjoy unobstructed and inspiring views of the Grand Tetons and Big Hole Mountains on our grand front porch, spacious back deck, and two balconies. Start off your day with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise behind the spectacular Grand Teton Mountains. We promise, you will never forget it! The space Two bedrooms (one on each level) each bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and workspace. Each bathroom has towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and hair dryer. Fully set-up kitchen for cooking meals and baking. Laundry room has washer/dryer, iron / steamer and boot dryer, and utility sink with some cleaning supplies. We have a full house filtration and water softening system. Reverse osmosis for drinking and cooking (refrigerator has a filter for drinking water as well). Guest access Full access to 1st and 2nd floors and garage. (basement is private area to owner) Other things to note - This is our second home, as guests in our community, please be respectful of our neighbors. Voices carry far in open spaces. Quiet time is 9pm-8am - Exterior lights must be turned off at night, per Dark-Sky compliance. - 20 MPH on all roads within the subdivision. - NO EVENTS ALLOWED (including large parties hosted) - Please, NO shoes in the house. - Also, we have a septic system so please be mindful and DO NOT run more than one "water appliance" at a time ex. shower, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
