Free off street parking available however there is time limited (2-4 hours) before 5pm depends on different locations. Off Street Parking is free between 5pm to 9am. Free Car park in most of areas off street in CBD after 12pm on Sat and whole day on Sunday except the "Permit Zone" which is only reserved for certain people around the neighborhood. Free city tram available about 10 minutes on foot that can take you anywhere within the city area. The tram runs every 15 minutes until midnight every day. Free Bus City Connector service links you to city attractions, shopping, dining, education and other popular locations, operating daily in the city and North Adelaide. But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience. Noise: Please note quiet time at our home begins at 9pm till 7am. Please be kind enough to consider our neighbours and make sure to observe these rules in consideration of everyone else hereon. Immediate cancellation of reservation could occur with no refund for the remaining stay with costs passed onto you if warning or rules are ignored. Supply: We provide starter quantities of essentials like toilet paper and etc. to ensure your initial comfort. However, additional items will need to be purchased by you throughout the duration of your stay. Aircon: The property has a split air conditioner and control is located on right hand side the wall of via the En-suite. Please ensure you switch off prior to leave anytime. Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen with the cupboard written with NO. on it. We supply cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes, utensils and clean the kitchen area every time you finish using it since others need to use it as well and we will all need to keep it clean. Laundry: There is a washing machine and dryer available for you to use in the laundry room. Laundry room can be used between 8am-9pm due to the noise from the laundry. Fire Prevention: No candles, fire pit or anything to be burned in or outside of the house since it might catch fire. Smoke: No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed inside of the premise. Pets Sorry pets are not allowed, even though we love the fur babies but unfortunately Sturt lodge has lots of communal area which is not suitable for pets. Thanks, Korn
