In a small village on the edge of our beautiful Belgian Ardennes, the PHILO&FILLES gite welcomes you alone, as a couple or as a family (max 4 people + 1 baby). The gîte is an air-conditioned studio (equipped kitchen, lounge area, bed area). Sunny balcony, small garden and private parking. Close to restaurants and shops as well as landscapes to relax in nature. Many activities for children and sporty people. The space The PHILO&FILLES studio is located in the friendly village of Louveigné (Sprimont). Situated halfway between Liège and Spa, our region offers a landscape of woods and pastures with the Ardennes forest as background. The studio includes an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, SENSEO coffee, tea, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and dishwasher), a lounge area (WIFI, television, very comfortable sofa bed), sleeping area , shower room and separate WC. The bedroom area (double bed 160cm) is closed by a partition (a screen wall) providing an optical separation from the living room. The accommodation offers an outdoor space independent of guests with garden furniture as well as a balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Pets are not allowed. We do not offer breakfasts but there are 3 bakeries in the village (possibility of having lunch on site) as well as takeaway, market gardener, ice cream maker, restaurants, shops.... We have a garden hose available to wash bikes. Bicycles can be stored safely in the locked garage. Baby kit on request: chair, bed, bath, bath and bed linen (see photo). Guest access PHILO&FILLES is located in a quiet area near the N62 road which connects Liège to Spa, 7min from the E25 motorway. You have private parking for one car (additional free parking on the street). Cyclists and motorcyclists welcome. It is possible to come by train and bus: Bus lines 100m away: 64 from Liège (station), 65 from Aywaille (station), 727 from Verviers (station) Important information: The gîte is located upstairs above a garage and accessible via an outside staircase. Arrival and departure can be done in an autonomous way, with a secure key box.
