The space The property The apartments are located inside a building in the historic center of Alba, a few steps from Via Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza Risorgimento where the Duomo is located. The building, dating back to the mid-1800s, has been renovated with the latest techniques to offer those who will stay the maximum living comfort: optimal air quality with the VMC system for automatic air exchange, an air conditioning system with high capacity of heating and cooling of the rooms obtained with maximum silence (Vector Control technology), a complete thermal insulation of the building that means greater thermal well-being, reduced humidity and less noise pollution inside the apartments. The renovation ended in July 2023 and it has been taken care of in every detail, as well as from the point of view of living comfort, from the point of view of design and quality of furnishings and lighting.
